 uo\;s vision is to lead a global shift in mental h
 ealth in the workplace. With her personal lived ex
 perience of mental ill health\, and losing her par
 tner to suicide in 2018\; she is passionate about 
 helping to effect change\, break down taboos and o
 pen up the conversation about mental health.\n \n 
 			She is a professional speaker\, mental wellbein
 g coach\, mental health first aid instructor (yout
 h and adult)\, suicide awareness and intervention 
 trainer\, accredited menopause trainer &amp\; coac
 h\, breathwork facilitator &amp\; therapist and cr
 eator of multiple mental health training programs.
 &nbsp\;Claire has been a leader and business owner
  in the insurance industry for more than 25 years\
 , so she understands well the challenges faced by 
 business owners and leaders.\n \n 			She speaks ca
 ndidly about her own experiences\, and on a range 
 of issues relating to wellness and workplace menta
 l wellbeing. She continues to be a committed volun
 teer\, passionately supporting suicide prevention 
 charities.\n 			\n 		\n 		\n 			\n 			Delegates pa
 rticipating in the accredited webinar can claim up
  to 1 CPD hour towards the CII member CPD scheme.
