 resenter - Adam Berry\n \n 			Adam is a partner at
  Browne Jacobson\, specialising in financial servi
 ces regulation and investigations. He has over 15 
 years&rsquo\; experience - working in private prac
 tice\, as well as in the Enforcement Division of w
 hat is now the FCA and\, most recently\, in-house 
 at a leading global financial institution. Adam&rs
 quo\;s practice consists of defending clients in F
 CA/PRA enforcement actions\, advising firms in rel
 ation to regulatory enquiries\, including supervis
 ion and authorisation matters\, and working on int
 ernal investigations. He also has significant expe
 rience acting for individuals subject to regulator
 y scrutiny and regularly advises on issues involvi
 ng the Senior Managers and Certification Regime\, 
 authorisation\, and non-financial misconduct and o
 ther disciplinary matters.\n 			\n 		\n 		\n 			\n
