 emnity as an Associate in 2021. Prior to joining t
 he team\, she advised leading insurers on a broad 
 range of coverage issues and worked with loss adju
 sters\, insolvency practitioners\, brokers\, and p
 olicyholders to resolve claims both in and out of 
 court.&nbsp\;Rachel now advises policyholders on t
 he most effective ways to resolve complex coverage
  disputes\, with particular expertise in resolving
  insurance disputes under financial lines and comm
 ercial property policies.\n \n 			Daniel joined In
 demnity as an Associate in May 2024. He trained at
  a leading insurer-side practice before joining a 
 prominent policyholder practice\, giving him a com
 prehensive understanding of how the market approac
 hes complex coverage cases. He applies this insigh
 t and experience to guide Indemnity&rsquo\;s clien
 ts towards the most efficient and commercially sen
 sible resolutions\, with a particular focus on com
 plex PI\, D&amp\;O\, and property damage/business 
 interruption disputes.\n 			\n 		\n 		\n 			\n
