She moved to The Davis Group\, and subsequently Bluefin where she became Distribution Director in their schemes business. Laura has built a 30-year career spanning sales\, broking and underwriting\, culminating in her curr ent position as Managing Director of Yutree Insura nce Ltd\, a Chartered broking and underwriting fir m in Newmarket and Norwich. Yutree have held a del egated authority product for the media and enterta inment sector since its launch in 2012. Throughout her career\, Laura has remained committed to adva ncing professionalism\, innovation and collaborati on across the insurance broking and underwriting p rofessions. Laura chaired BIBA&rsquo\;s Anglia reg ion for eight years\, served as Deputy Chair on it s main board\, led its Regional Chairs Advisory Bo ard\, and now chairs its Insurance Technology and Innovation Committee (ITIC). Laura has also chaire d the Chartered Insurance Institute&rsquo\;s Broki ng Community Board\, championing standards and tal ent development across the broking profession.
