In times of unprecedented uncertainty, the next two to three months will now see the phased re introduction of many back into the workplace. Guidance and support are essential to sense-check the challenging decisions to be made.

In this session we will cover: 

• Drafting or reviewing your Covid Secure Risk Assessment(s) and the general approach to those
• Personal Protective Equipmnet (PPE)
• Social distancing measures
• Contentious issues around disability, vulnerability, ethnicity and age
• Implementing and enforcing the Covid Secure rules
• Managing the workforce return to work and aiding any interaction with workplace representatives
• Addressing risks of continuing working from home where that needs to run alongside the partial reopening of the workplace

This interactive session will qualify for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation for BIBA members attending and returning a feedback form.
