BIBA webinar - Supreme Court judgment on the FCA BI test case and what it means for you and your clients

In a follow up to our extremely popular presentation on the High Court test case last year, this webinar will look at what the judgment of the Supreme Court means for you and your clients and what the next steps are.

There will be some practical points on helping clients who have the relevant cover to progress their claims and also how to explain the decision to those that are not covered. It will also cover the updated considerations to a broker’s legal defence.

This interactive session will qualify for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation for BIBA members attending and returning a feedback form.
