BIBA webinar - Managing employment challenges as a result of Covid-19 (restructures, redundancies, furlough)

Julian Cox, Head of Employment at BLM London believes effective planning will help achieve a smooth return to the workplace environment, avoid further disruption to their business operations and help them build for the future. He will cover the following topics:

 

  • Dealing with staff returning from furlough
  • Reviewing staffing requirements and staffing levels, including making redundancies
  • Making changes to terms and conditions of employment
  • Handling staff reluctant to return to work
  • Dealing with health and safety and whistleblowing complaints
  • Vaccination, testing and the workplace
  • Provision of employment and the law training for management
  • Updating Staff Handbooks, employment policies & procedures

This interactive session will qualify for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation for BIBA members attending and returning a feedback form.
