BIBA webinar - Briefing on RICS’ 2021 Minimum Policy Wording

The briefing will provide brokers with an update on RICS’ revised 2021 Minimum Policy Wording for Chartered Surveyors. The new policy wording which came into effect on 1^st April, includes improved fire safety cover (coming into effect on 1^st May) and clarification of the cyber risk cover. The session will also provide brokers with the opportunity to ask any questions on the surveyor insurance market.

• To understand the implementation of the IUA Silent Cyber clause
