BIBA webinar - Personality Profiling presented by Premium Credit

BIBA’s Yorkshire and Northern Young Broker Ambassadors are pleased to invite all Young Insurance Professionals and other members to an excellent series of webinars from Premium Credit.

In this second session, which forms part of a 3-part webinar series from Premium Credit we will concentrate on Personality Profiling 

There’s a theory by Carl Jung that states we can identify and categorise people in to four different personality profiles. By understanding this, we can then begin to consciously adapt the way in which we communicate with each profile. Building rapport is a critical tool in forming relationships with our customers and knowing how they ‘tick’ will enhance our opportunities to build a long lasting customer relationship.

 By the end of this session, delegates will be able to:

• Identify the four different colour personality profiles
• Understand what their colour personality profile is
• Tailor their communication to the various colour personality profiles

This webinar session will qualify for CII-accredited CPD for BIBA members attending and returning feedback forms.
