BIBA webinar - Retaining Clients and Adding Value

 

With it costing 5 times more to win a new client than keep an existing client, retaining and upselling has never been such a key focus as it is now, with tough market and economic conditions. This 1-hour course is a great way to learn some new skills and improve existing skills within the sales process, identifying and contacting key clients to cross / upsell products and increase your chances of retaining your clients year-on-year.
