Using real life case studies, Martin will explore the life cycle of a flood claim. He will look at the different aspects, such as initial emergency works; the drying and strip out process as well as reinstatement and the way contents and stock are treated in such circumstances. In addition he will touch on often contentious areas such as loss of rent or alternative accommodation, as well as the different interests of the parties where property owners and lessees/tenants are involved.
