The presenter, Angus, will talk about  the complexities and issues which can arise when clients suffer a Major Loss. He will focus on immediate loss mitigation and the importance of actions taken during the early days following the event. This will include the advice that needs to be given to the insured to protect their business and also the roles of the various parties involved which can cause confusion to an insured.
