Career ladder challenges: How to build personal resilience on your journey

I would like to invite you to join us at, what I’m sure will be a really insightful and interesting session, presented by the Marsh Commercial & Corporate UK CEO, Alistair Fraser on 2 November at 4pm. After the presentation stay and join in our social and networking event.

Any stage of your career progression can be daunting. Often, you’ll step out with enthusiasm and confidence but at other times you might have niggling doubts. Alistair will talk about Building Personal Resilience and his experience in the international insurance industry, detailing his career at Marsh, where he has held numerous leadership positions in the UK, Singapore, and Indonesia. He will also candidly share how he overcame various challenges, including how to find balance when it comes to mental health and career progression. This will be followed by an informal Q&A – so you can ask your burning questions.

We are really pleased that BIBA insurer partner, Arch Insurance, is sponsoring the event. They will be joining us and will share their insights on “The best way to broke risks to your insurer partners.”
