BIBA Schemes & Facilities webinar - Using Technology to improve Claims Service presented by Insure Apps

We will look at current claims service levels and how using technology in the right way can reduce the amount of pain points for brokers and their clients.  What interfaces and databases can be used to capture info accurately and quickly?  We’ll look at speed of reporting and the impact that it can have on outcomes, using live data to demonstrate current trends.  What does five years of data tell us about clients and insurance claims trends?  What should we develop going forward to help brokers and clients?

Learning objectives:

  • Could my insurance brokerage use this type of technology?
  • The impact of reporting times on claims costs – some real life examples of savings
  • Is it about quality of info or is it about speed of reporting?
  • Why I would want a broker app rather than just use an insurer app?  Strategic decision
  • Alternative Opportunities – what other things can the technology be used for?
