2023 BIBA South Wales Annual Dinner

The South Wales Committee of the British Insurance Brokers' Association would like to invite you to join us at the 2023 BIBA South Wales Annual Dinner, on Friday 3 November at Leonardo Hotel Cardiff (formally Jury's Inn Cardiff)

We promise you an evening to remember with great entertainment, business opportunities and networking.

The dress code is black tie and the tickets are priced at £50.00 + VAT per person.

Tables of 10 and 12 are available, however if fewer tickets are required, we will be allocating a small number of mixed tables so please contact us with your requirements.

For entertainment, we have booked Steve Spiers.

Steve Spiers
Steve made his West End debut in the Olivier nominated comedy, ‘The Upstart Crow’ at the Gielgud Theatre. He has performed in various seasons at the National Theatre and toured extensively with companies such as the Welsh National Opera; Hull Truck and the Medieval Players as has performed in numerous acclaimed productions in major theatres all over the country

Steve's film roles range from the ‘Musketeer’ to Inkheart; Pirates of the Caribbean to Cemetery Junction and Jack Whitehall's feature film Bad Education. Steve's extensive television credits include After Life, Inside No 9, Big School, No Heroics, Krod Mandoon, Extras, Not Going Out, Stella (for which he also writes) and The Tuckers (written by and starring Steve). Further credits include David Walliams' one off drama Boy In A Dress, BBC’s  Dickensian, Rovers for Sky 1, BBC’S  comedy mini-series Decline and Fall, Upstart Crow, Tourist Trap and Die Fledermaus with the Welsh National Opera.

This year, Steve has reprised his role 'Mr Davis' in Ricky Gervais' hit Netflix series After Life. He stars as Bafter Cymru nominated comedy The Tuckers (which he also created and writes). Series 3  is currently available to watch on BBC Wales and BBC iplayer. Steve recently completed filming on 4Stories 'Wet Look' for Channel 4, the tv adaptation of David Walliams' ‘Gangster Granny Strikes Again for BBC one.
