He has successfully led teams of insurance consultants in both sales and retention roles, with notable stints at Howden and the NFU Mutual. Ashleigh's specialization lies in equipping clients to deliver advice-driven sales, accomplished by unlocking the invaluable insights within company intelligence—a critical asset for today's modern insurance brokers.
