Presenters: Dave Clare and Emma Robinson

Dave is responsible for the strategic delivery of all of the group’s building services, incorporating Subsidence, Surveying Services, Valuations, Engineering and fulfilment.Dave is a Chartered Loss Adjuster and Chartered Building Engineer and has worked in the construction and insurance sector for in excess of 23 years, initially running his own business and later developing a number of insurance industry surveying led services.

Emma joined QuestGates in 2019. She previously worked for AXA for 16 years first as a trainee commercial property claims handler, then a senior claims handler and a Claims Team Manager for 2 years, before joining QuestGates. Emma supports our broker clients, managing any day-to-day broker enquiries, ensuring that QuestGates employees adhere to our Broker Charter and that our services meet broker requirements. Emma also supports the development of broker relationships, working autonomously with the Client Relationship team to improve service and identify any process improvements.
