BIBA Schemes & Facilities webinar - Changing risk, changing cover presented by AllClear Ltd

We’ll discuss how, as people become more aware of the difficulties they face getting specific cover for their needs and health conditions, expectations have increased in what they believe will automatically be covered and how frustrations subsequently can arise.

Specific scenarios will show what would and would not be covered, and why. We’ll outline some new cover benefits and explain why we’ve had to apply some new restrictions to enable you to give better explanations to customers, producing better outcomes.

Learning objectives:

By the end of this webinar, delegates should have a:

  • Greater Product awareness for specific areas of cover; 
  • Wider appreciation and understanding of how external events impact product design, risk and price;
  • Enhance ability to explain and justify product limitations and cost implications to customers which in turn should deliver better outcomes for both parties. 

Delegates participating in the accredited webinar can claim up to 1 CPD hour towards the CII member CPD scheme. A formal completion certificate will be issued for members attending and returning a feedback form.
