Managers, Leaders & HR Professionals Mental Health Workshop

This powerful 1 day workshop is aimed at all managers, leaders and HR professionals. The workshop is designed to help attendees understand and fulfil their responsibilities around their team's mental health and wellbeing; to equip them to support their teams effectively; and to help them to establish a healthy workplace wellbeing culture where every individual is supported and enabled to thrive.

Having attended this training, delegates will have the skills, knowledge and resources to identify signs of poor mental health and wellbeing within the workplace, to provide appropriate support to anyone experiencing poor mental health at work; and to support their teams to balance life and work.

Learning objectives
By the end of this session, delegates should be able to:

  • Define the role of managers, leaders and HR professionals in workplace mental health and wellbeing
  • Identify risk factors for stress and poor mental health within the workplace
  • Discuss stigma, what contributes to it, and feel confident challenging stigmatising language/behaviour
  • Describe how managers can contribute to a psychologically safe and healthy working environment

CLAIRE RUSSELL, Founder & CEO, Mental Health in Business; TEDx Speaker; Keynote Speaker; Coach

Claire’s vision is to lead a global shift in mental health in the workplace.
