Menopause at work

This workshop is designed to explain the fundamentals of menopause - what it is, why it happens and how symptoms can affect women at work.

In this session we also talk about legislative requirements, how employers can support women through peri menopause and menopause and suggested adjustments that can be made in the workplace.

This two hour session should be delivered in all workplaces and made available to everyone (it is especially important that all managers attend this to ensure they understand how they can effectively support women through this time).

This training is accredited by Menopause Experts Group training, recognised globally and delivered by licensed menopause expert, Claire Russell. All organisations receiving this training will be awarded a “Menopause Approved badge” which they can add to their website, internet, social media channels, email signatures etc to signal they are a menopause friendly organisation that is investing in training and awareness.
