BIBA Greater Manchester Young Brokers workshop - Sales Programme: Connect
Rapport is the key, connecting with people is one of the main weapons in any salesperson’s
artillery. In this module we identify how people connect with each other, what tricks of the trade are used to build meaningful and lasting relationships. How to use Neuro Linguistic programming skills to drastically improve the speed and impact your sales people have with their clients.
During this session we are going to cover the following:

  • How to build rapport using MEANING
  • Credible vs Approachable communication styles
  • What your personality profile is
  • Ways to identify personality types
  • How to adapt our communication style to each personality profile

Learning objectives:
By the end of the session, delegates will be able to:

  • Apply the MEANING rapport concept to their clients
  • Demonstrate the difference on credible and approachable communication styles
  • Identify the four different colour personality profiles
  • Understand what their colour personality profile is
  • Tailor their communication to the various colour personality profiles

Drawing on 2 years of dedicated training experience, I bring a unique blend of expertise and empathy to my role. With a background in sales at Premium Credit and advocacy for financially vulnerable individuals in my previous roles, I’m excited to lead a series of four modules over 2024 for BIBA. My passion for delivering results and empowering others is fuelled by a belief in the transformative power of education, but belief isn’t enough on its own. It’s important training is memorable, engaging and impactful. I look forward to supporting all of the attendees in achieving their goals throughout the rest of this year and beyond with some highly informative and useful content.
