BIBA Schemes & Facilities webinar - Thriving through stress: empowering mental well-being presented by Mental Health in Business

This one-hour webinar explores the impact of stress on mental health and provides practical strategies to empower individuals to thrive amidst challenges. The session aims to raise awareness and equip participants with actionable tools for managing stress effectively.

Learning objectives:

By the end of the webinar, participants should be able to:

  • Identify at least three practical stress management techniques they can tailor to their individual needs.
  • Measure changes in perceived stress levels (following completion of a stress assessment survey at the start and end of the session).
  • Create a personalised stress management plan outlining strategies that resonate with their unique lifestyles and circumstances.
  • Make informed decisions about their well-being.

Presenter: Steve Heath

Steve is a director and co-founder of MHIB - and his vision is to lead a global shift in mental health in the workplace. He is passionate about helping businesses to create meaningful and impactful wellbeing programmes.

As well as being a major driving force in the business, Steve is also an experienced Mental Health First Aid instructor and has travelled the length and breadth of the UK to deliver MHFA courses and manager & leadership training for workplace mental health. 

Steve has 15+ years of business ownership experience, having previously established, run, and sold a successful media production business. His focus is now on mental health in the workplace and he has considerable training and experience working, volunteering and advising in this area.  

Delegates participating in the accredited webinar can claim up to 1 CPD hour towards the CII member CPD scheme. A formal completion certificate will be issued for members attending and returning a feedback form.
