The first session on Management Liability Claims stories and trends will introduce a range of risk trends affecting directors and officers of SME businesses in the UK. The themes include increasing regulatory scrutiny and a rise in company insolvencies. We will also look at employment practices liability (EPL) claims statistics and trends as well as touching upon emerging risks like Artificial Intelligence.

The second session - Introduction to the BIBA Event Insurance Scheme, will give an overview of the enhanced event insurance proposition that BIBA brokers and their clients benefit from.
