Edward Bidwell MRICS founded GBW Latent Defects in September 2018 and has over 25 years experience in the development sector.  GBW are a Specialist Independent Broker of Latent Defect Insurance (LDI) arranging 10 -12 year structural warranties for residential and commercial properties, both new build and retrospective risks.
