Taking Time – Manchester’s First Yoga Event We are pleased to announce BIBA Greater Manchester & West Pennie’s first yoga event in association. This will give you an opportunity to take an hour and half for yourself, to unwind and get balanced for the rest of your working day. This lunchtime event will be held at Clyde and Co’s offices on their rooftop (weather permitting) it will be led by their qualified Yoga instructor who has years of experience for all abilities. We encourage all to come along and get that change of scenery that we all need in a busy work week. The yoga will be lesson for 40 minutes and light refreshments will be available straight after.
