We will review a wide range of PI claims that insurance brokers have encountered, looking at the causes and the dangers you should be aware of.  We will highlight the practical challenges that brokers face in day to day business, along with the lessons that can be learnt and practical advice on how to avoid or minimise your chances of walking into the same problem.

• Discuss how to react to a problem in an effective way to avoid or minimise chances of a claim against you
• Describe potential dangers in working practice to avoid a PI claim, and how to implement simple risk management steps.
