During this webinar, our aim is to provide you with the tools and knowledge to navigate your way through your client’s renovation needs. Our webinar will give you a better understanding of renovation insurance and why it’s needed, and we will touch on what to consider, what questions you should ask, offering the right product and many other useful tips.

Presenters: Joe Heffer and Louise Kerridge

Joe and Louise both work in Howden’s BIBA Scheme, Renovation Plan and have done so for a number of years. Joe started his journey into insurance with Renovation Plan in 2016 and then after trying his hand at a few different areas within the business, moved back to Renovation Plan in 2022 and is now the team’s Broker Development Executive. Louis is Renovation Plan’s Team Leader and has been with the team since she was 18. During that time she has picked up knowledge and experience that has proven to be invaluable to her colleagues and clients but has also assisted her when she has undertaken her own projects.

Delegates participating in the accredited webinar can claim up to 1 CPD hour towards the CII member CPD scheme. A formal completion certificate will be issued for members attending and returning a feedback form.
