His expertise empowers brokers to have more impactful conversations and connect effectively with their customers and prospects. Ashleigh's career journey began at A-plan, where he served personal lines clients before advancing through commercial and large corporate divisions. He has successfully led teams of insurance consultants in both sales and retention roles, with notable stints at Howden and the NFU Mutual. Ashleigh's specialisation lies in equipping clients to deliver advice-driven sales, accomplished by unlocking the invaluable insights within company intelligence—a critical asset for today's modern insurance brokers.
