James Hill has spent 15 years in insurance broking and underwriting businesses, in roles focused on marketing and growth. He consults for UK insurance firms on growing revenue and profit through the transformation of marketing, sales, product & processes. Prior to consulting, James was Group Marketing Director at Jensten, where he was responsible for marketing, brand and comms; leading the transformation of the business' marketing function, including its digital lead generation capabilities.
