Presenter - Kelly Mathers

Kelly Mathers is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry with over two decades of experience. She began her career in 2000 as an Account Handler in private lines, where she honed her skills across various departments, including sales and claims. During her time in the insurance sector, Kelly's dedication and hard work were recognized with an AXA underwriting pen within her first 12 months of service.

In 2018, Kelly earned her qualifying Bachelor of Law with Honours, demonstrating her commitment to personal and professional growth. The following year, she joined Granite Building Warranties (GBW) as the New Business Development Manager, where she played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the company alongside its founder, Edward Bidwell. Her exceptional leadership and strategic vision led to her promotion to Chief Operating Officer in 2021, and she further advanced to the position of Director in 2023.

In addition to her professional achievements, Kelly became a member of the Anglian BIBA committee in 2023 and was appointed Secretary in 2024, further showcasing her commitment to the insurance industry. Outside of work, she is a proud mother who balances her family responsibilities with her personal interests. Kelly enjoys eating out, listening to music, gardening, fishing, and working out at the gym. These hobbies not only provide her with relaxation and joy but also contribute to her overall well-being.

With a wealth of experience and a passion for the insurance sector, Kelly continues to drive innovation and excellence at Granite Building Warranties while embracing her diverse interests and family life.
