Presenters - Joe Tracey and Jim Dixon

Joe is a growth and development specialist with more than a decade of experience working with market-leading organisations. After becoming CFC’s UK & EU Cyber Development Manager in October 2022, Joe has gone on to spearhead a series of development initiatives, using his strong background in commercial insurance to strategically expand CFC’s cyber market share. Previously, Joe held senior positions at Marsh Commercial, where he designed and created new risk programmes for both SME and corporate enterprises.

Jim joined CFC from Hiscox in 2018. Having spent his 15 year career in a variety of roles across broking and underwriting, he has specialised in cyber for the past 6 years.  As UK and EU Cyber Practice Leader, Jim heads up the team who underwrite cyber risks for SME and mid-market accounts. Jim is also responsible for building and strengthening relationships with key broking partners across the UK and Europe.
