We would like to invite you to sponsor, buy a table or places at the 2025 BIBA South Wales Dinner on the 17 October 2025, details below of the event, which will be presided over by the Chair for the region, Ben Macrow of Thomas Carroll.

Location: Hilton Hotel Cardiff, Kingsway, Greyfriars Road, CF10 3HH

Date and time: Friday 17 October 2025, arrival from 6pm, call to dinner at 7pm, and casino event to start around 9pm

Cost: £62.00 + VAT per person reduced to £52.00 + VAT per person for platinum sponsors and £57.00 + VAT for silver and gold sponsors

The dinner will see us return to the amazing venue at the Hilton Cardiff and we are we are having a 007 Casino Royale theme with a casino (fun money) to allow for more networking and a great atmosphere. There will also be a raffle to raise money for the charity with prizes from table hosts.

We are proud to be supporting the charity Dreams and Wishes, who help seriously ill children and their families to make their wishes come true.

The dress code is black tie. Tables of 10 and 12 are available, however if fewer tickets are required, we will be allocating a small number of mixed tables so please contact us with your requirements.
