Ian Simons is Content and Capabilities Director at CII, which he joined in 2015 following senior marketing roles at RSA, QBE and Zurich.

Ryan Wilson is Assess Technical Support Coordinator at CII, who joined the Assess team in 2021, following fours years in the CII customer service department.
