Presenters -  Joe Heffer & Lois McCutcheon

Joe and Lois are key members of Howden’s BIBA Scheme, Renovation Plan. Joe began his insurance career with the team in 2016, returned in 2022, and now leads Broker Development. His broad experience helps drive broker relationships and business growth. Lois joined in 2023 through Howden’s Early Careers Programme and quickly found her stride as a New Business Handler. Passionate about helping clients find the right specialist cover, she’s become an invaluable part of the team.
