BIBA Schemes & Facilities webinar - How Excess of Loss responds to increasing liability claims

In this session we will discuss the factors to be considered when selecting liability indemnity limits, explore the reasons for rising liability claims and illustrate how Excess of Loss insurance can help to fill the gaps.

Presenter - Justin Godman

Justin Godman ACII, Chartered Insurer:  Justin began his career in insurance in 1991 as an underwriter at Eagle Star/Zurich. In 2002 he moved to Allianz, where he spent 7 years in underwriting and sales management roles. In 2009 he was appointed Casualty Regional Underwriting Manager for AIG, before moving to CNA Hardy in 2012. Now in his 13th year with CNA Hardy in Casualty leadership positions, Justin is Class Manager, responsible for Casualty and Construction underwriting, including Excess of Loss.

 

Delegates participating in the accredited webinar can claim up to 1 CPD hour towards the CII member CPD scheme. A formal completion certificate will be issued for members attending and returning a feedback form.
