Step into an evening of bubbles, banter, and blind tasting brilliance. We kick things off with a welcome glass of Premier Cru Champagne before diving into the secrets of tasting wine like a pro. But don't worry—this isn't a lecture, it's a hands-on (and nose-on) experience featuring the famous Le Nez du Vin aroma kit, plus a guided tasting of a red and white wine.

Then, prepare your palate for some delicious curveballs—high-quality artisan cheese and cured meats help reveal just how dramatically food can change your wine game.

And finally, the main event: our interactive blind tasting challenge, where you’ll sniff, sip, and second-guess your way through four mystery wines. Can you separate the Syrah from the Shiraz? Or will the red herrings throw you off the scent?
