Joe joined Feefo in early 2024 and focuses on helping brokers gather policyholder feedback and sentiment. His efforts enable brokers to build trust, enhance their reputation, and strengthen compliance strategies.

As a CII Qualified Financial Adviser, Joe understands the significant time commitment required for compliance. His background in marketing and advertising also provides him with insight into how Policy Holder reviews influence decision-making for potential new Clients. Joe was instrumental in proposing and advocating for the partnership between Feefo and BIBA, a collaboration designed to automate the feedback process and provide support for brokers.
