James has worked for over 15 years in commercial law and insurance and over the years he has become passionate about investigating claims and finding the best outcome/solution for dealing with the claims submitted. With the knowledge he has gained from working with some of the largest organisations within the industry he has now moved into managing and enjoys training others, motivating people and empowering them to perform to their very best.

Ben Robertson

Throughout his career, Ben has been heavily involved in the surveillance side of the business, having spent a number of years carrying out surveillance in the field before moving on to management of the surveillance department prior to taking on his current role as Managing Director.
