Presenter - Edwad Bidwell

Ed is the MD of Granite Building Warranties Limited and is a Chartered Surveyor who has worked in the property sector since 1994, with a focus on residential development.  He has been involved in a range of new build housing, apartments blocks, residential conversions and student developments. In 2009 he joined Evo Insurance to set up their Latent Defects department and in August 2018 he started Granite Building Warranties, acting as a specialist independent broker of Latent defects insurance.  His years of experience in property development have taught him a vast amount about construction methods and technical requirements which, over the years, has enabled GBW to resolve some of the most complex warranty scenarios, securing cover for a diverse portfolio of risks.
