Presenters - Kelly Hockley and Margo Sinclair Kelly is the Financial Lines Claims manager and qualified solicitor with over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Kelly excels in assessing claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance within regulatory requirements. Her expertise in risk management and strategic thinking enables her to handle high stakes claims efficiently and effectively. Kelly is known for her strong analytical skills, excellent communication and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers and underwriters. They are committed to providing top- notch service and support helping clients to navigate the complexities of financial lines claims with confidence. Margo has over 25 years experience in the PI insurance market, starting out as a claim consulting with General Accident before moving into Profession Indemnity underwriting in 2006. After having a 4 year gap to pursue a different career path, Margo returned in 2017 joining Aviva in Perth and moving to their Regional Underwriting team as a Senior Underwriter. Margo joined Manchester Underwriting Management in May 2022 and is responsible for the north region as a senior underwriting. |
