Presenters - Tim Johnson and Krishna Pancholi Tim is a Partner and Head of Insurance at Browne Jacobson. Tim specialises in policy drafting and distribution, regularly advising insurers. MGAs and brokers on insurance policy wordings, product distribution and regulatory compliance. Tim was named in 2025 by the Financial Times as the most innovative lawyer in Europe for his application of scientific research to the simplification of insurance policy wordings, which benefits over 10 million insurance customers across the UK and Ireland each year. Krishna is a Senior Associate at Browne Jacobson LLP, specialising in Health and Safety Regulatory law and Public Inquiries. Krishna regularly advises on the statutory health and safety duties placed on organisations within all sectors, and has extensive experience acting for core participants on several high profile Public Inquiries. |
