This evening brings together a panel of experienced insurance professionals to discuss the issues that matter most to the market right now. The conversation will be structured but informal, hosted in the relaxed surroundings of The Rupert Brooke, a fitting venue for frank and thoughtful discussion.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, attendees should be able to:

  • Articulate the distinct value an independent broker brings over direct or price-comparison routes to market, particularly for complex or changing risk.
  • Explain why advice is central to good client outcomes under Consumer Duty, and how brokers evidence that advice.
  • Identify the current commercial and regulatory pressures facing the independent broker model, and how the profession is responding.
  • Apply at least one practical technique for communicating broker value more effectively to clients and prospects.
