Laura Hancock
Laura Hancock is Managing Director of Yutree Insurance Ltd, a Corporate Chartered insurance broker and underwriting business, with more than 30 years' experience spanning sales, broking, underwriting and business leadership. A recognised industry leader, Laura chairs BIBA's Insurance Technology & Innovation Committee (ITIC), serves on the Board of the Managing General Agents' Association (MGAA), and previously chaired the Chartered Insurance Institute's Broking Community Board. Through her leadership roles, Laura is a passionate advocate for professionalism, innovation and the future development of the insurance profession.

Garry Miles
With over 20 years' experience in commercial insurance, Garry began his career in broking before spending more than two decades as a commercial underwriter with Aviva. He is a key member of Yutree's underwriting team, bringing significant technical expertise and insight. Garry also serves on BIBA's Liability and Accident Committee, helping to shape discussion and best practice across the profession.
